Utilising innovative Aero-Stripe fabrics, present on the sleeves and side panels, the Lava Long Distance trisuit assists with aerodynamics. The textured materials create turbulence across key boundaries when on the bike, therefore reducing drag, and improving your race time. The fabrics have been velodrome tested by Pro Athletes for the best possible performance. The garment also has UPF 50+ protection for shielding you against the sun's harmful rays. Alongside this, the trisuit has Aeroforce Soft-Touch fabrics which has been used on the main, front and back panels which is extremely comfortable against your skin and technically advanced. The garment has a 360-degree stretch for freedom of movement, allowing you to compete in confidence. Additionally, a high-tech water-repellent coating assists in providing drag resistance both in and out of the water, therefore working to repel sweat whilst on the go. This is also a great feature during cycling or running, to help keep you dry and warm. The garment has nutrition storage in the large, functional pocket on the back so you have easy and quick access to your belongings. The optical white colour present on the top of the garment helps reflect the sun's heat, keeping you comfortable, whilst leg grippers prevent rolling and keep the garment in place.

Each fabric is positioned to improve performance, comfort and endurance to help you race faster. Heat bonded sleeves feature to provide a great fit and have drag-reducing properties. Balanced compression is provided to the legs through the carefully designed panel shape. This improves muscle support and helps to increase the blood flow away from the legs, therefore reducing the amount of lactic acid build-up and helping to improve endurance and stamina. For comfort on the saddle, the trisuit has an 'Iron Performance' pad. Designed by the pad manufacturer Cytech the perforated pad lamination delivers supreme breathability and quick-drying capabilities. The high-density foam gives more padding and protection when cycling and the central channelling in the perinea area is designed to offset pressure points. The high level of elasticity in the pad also maximises freedom of movement when swimming and running. The comfort fit design of the whole suit will keep you comfortable and streamlined throughout the swim, bike and run. With heat bonding and flat-locked stitching, this will ensure that you will always feel comfortable in all conditions. The flat-locked seam will also remove the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. The zips on the trisuit have soft fabric which is used to cover up the inside of the zipper, preventing any discomfort and irritation on the chest. Completing the trisuit are nutrition storage pockets located on the back of the trisuit that have a heat bonded cover, which will allow gels to be stored for easy access whilst on the bike or when running.
